All fans of plus-size beauty will be thrilled with this discovery- one of the most exciting campaigns this season.

ASOS made a big splash last year with the launch of its plus-size line, although I never found it significant myself, because the label only used faux-plus models.

However, for spring 2011, ASOS has enlisted gorgeous Justine Legault to be its star model. She terrific in the ASOS clothing, some of which is beautifully soft and feminine.

But there's more. Seven of the eight items listed below also come with VIDEOS which show Justine on a runway modelling the items in question.

It's amazing what a difference the videos make. Justine looks so much more gorgeous in the videos that you have to see it to believe it. She's breathtaking. Her skin is very fair (much fairer than the photos would have you believe), and her figure is considerably fuller than the still photos suggest.

The beauty of Justine's figure is that it is a generous pear/cello shape, and each of the videos showcase these qualities in her look.

Here are the items. The videos are accessible from each item's product page.

ASOS CURVE Cabbage Flower Chiffon Layered Bandeau Dress

This is the most attractive item in the ASOS collection, and the one that provides the most beautiful video. Not only is this dress ultra-feminine and soft and girly, but it closely embraces the model's body and shows sensual curves along her back. Even in the still photo (on the left), Justine adopts a beautiful pose, with the seductive gesture of gently caressing her blonde tresses. But to appreciate her true beauty, you must see the video.

ASOS CURVE Floral Workwear Dress

This item is even sexier. It fits very snugly around the model's hips and reverse-view curves. The video even shows some sensual commotion in Justine's figure as she walks.

ASOS CURVE Simple Chiffon Sundress

The product page for this item actually lists the model's measurements, for the benefit of the customer. ASOS lists Justine as "size UK 20/ EU 48/ US 16." Now, I don't think Justine is quite a U.S. size 16 (although I wish she was!), but she does have a rich fullness in her nether curves that gives her a very womanly shape. Even the still images of the reverse view show her abundant proportions.

This last item is the only one that I have included which, alas, does not have a video. And that's a great pity, because it's one of the most beautiful items in the line, and I'd love to see how it moves when a full-figured model like Justine walks in it on runway. It looks fantastic on Justine in the reverse-view photo, above, and the one bare shoulder and low-cut decolletage makes it a very alluring item.

Bravo to ASOS for using a true plus-size model this season instead of too-thin faux-plus girls. Justine is gorgeous and sophisticated, but also legitimately curvy (as the videos show).

The complete ASOS plus-size collection includes several more images of Justine. Here's the link:

Oh! Readers in the Northern hemisphere - you are so spoiled with these collections of beautiful clothes. Big sigh. Here in the far Southern hemisphere it seems that we have to take what we can get in our sizes and be thankful. Not fair!

This model is exquisite, and the videos are stunning to look at, especially the first two, in those beautiful dresses.

I found two more videos of Justine, although the cover images show a different girl. If you click on "View Catwalk" for this item you see Justine on the runway, showing it off. And two of the product images do show the lovely Mlle Legualt.

Also, although the still photos don't show Justine at all, the video clip shows her modelling this item.

I wish more companies would feature product videos like these. Igigi did it first, I believe, with its terrific clips of Marritt Pike. It's a fine way to show off the garments and also a great way to showcase plus-size beauty.

Here's a gorgeous new item at ASOS modelled by Justine. The one-shoulder style is very sensual, and the product comes with a lovely video

This is a late addition to the Justine-at-ASOS thread, since hers was a spring campaign and we're now into summer promos, but the current issue of LouLou magazine, which is a fashion-oriented publication in Canada, features a mention about ASOS Clothing on one of its news pages:

Guess which model, out of all of the ASOS girls, the magazine chose to highlight? Justine, of course, looking gorgeous in her print dress:

I hope the company will call back Justine for a future promotion. Her images (and especially her videos) for ASOS were gorgeous, and really showed off the items in a way that the company's skinny faux-plus models do not.

Fans of gorgeous Québec plus-size model Justine Legault will be delighted to see that her ASOS videos have now been spliced together into one continuous reel, running just over two minutes in length.

The most gorgeous dress remains the very first item, a delicate, summery, ultra-feminine design that bares much of the model's soft physique, while the most size-positive outfit is the second dress, which embraces Justine's body very closely, defining her reverse-view contours and even indicating the soft, sensual curves along her back.<p><center><object width="640" height="510"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/2GyKqMpoiaE?fs=1&amp; hl=en_US&amp;rel=0&amp;color1=0x3a3a3a&amp;color2=0x999999"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/2GyKqMpoiaE?fs=1&amp; hl=en_US&amp;rel=0&amp;color1=0x3a3a3a&amp;color2=0x999999" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="640" height="510"></embed></object></center><p>This video, along with the behind-the-scenes footage from Justine's cover shoot for the March 2010 issue of <i>Clin d'Oeil</i> magazine, have been collected at a YouTube channel devoted to Mademoiselle Legault, which also lists among its "favourites" the video of Justine walking in the <i>Défilé de la diversité corporelle</i> fashion show at Montreal's <i>Festival Mode & Design</i> in August 2010.

It is a pleasure to finally give Mlle Legault a video channel of her own, as she is unquestionably one of the most beautiful plus-size models in the industry, and, at a size 14/16, one who is legitimately full-figured--a fact that her ASOS videos confirm even more admirably than her still photos.
