Well, obviously they are! But it's still something of an event when a mainstream celebrity (which Miller apparently is) makes such a statement. She could be just using this to get her name in the press, but who cares - anything that gets this idea out there is a good thing.

Sienna Miller joined in the size-zero debate yesterday, saying that "plus-size" models are "more beautiful" than skinny girls. "I sincerely believe that that's more beautiful than someone who is poker-thin. I really do," said the 27-year-old actress. In fact, Sienna said that she wishes her body had more curves.
That last statement is a bit disingenuous. Being non-curvy is not like being non-tall. She could easily become shapelier if she wanted to, simply by ditching her Hollywood starvation-regimen and indulging naturally. But all the same, it's wonderful to hear people expressing this aesthetic preference. Hopefully the day will come when it is the dominant public opinion - as it would have been in Lillian Russell's day, or in any century prior to our own.
