Thank you so much for your comments about the Lolita trend in fashion, Tamika. We earnestly hope that such styles will someday make an appearance on this side of the Pacific, and will be offered in plus sizes. The movement sounds very encouraging, both from a stylistic and a cultural standpoint. It would be worth learning more about it, as it sounds like a perfect example of the aesthetic restoration.* * *
It may seem rather late to be adding to this thread; however, Hallowe'en being long over, Torrid has sadly taken down the product pages of its 2009 costume line.
But the brief Torrid videos that showed Miss Olson modelling the company's seasonal offerings were so beautiful, such a stunning presentation of curvaceous femininity, that we couldn't let them disappear into the aether. Therefore, we have assembled the following video showing Kelsey's four Hallowe'en clips stitched together. The videos were originally silent, so to make the viewing experience more enjoyable we have added a soundtrack--the song "Vivaldi's Rain," as performed by Chloe Agnew (herself a timeless beauty of the first order), from her Walking in the Air album.
As described in the screencaps post earlier in this thread, these videos showcase Kelsey's beauty in a way that even the finest still images cannot. It is little wonder that she is so adept at modelling fantasy wear, for with her fair features and soft, natural figure, she is a living incarnation of the dreams of enchantment that reside in the human heart.
