Lightbulb Size positive

The images we are all brought up with are skinny thin, the ideal of beauty being thin is forced down us so subtly that at the best of times we ourselves do not realise the biases we have. I spent a lot of time on this forum last night and woke up smiling and loving myself, I am a UK size 24, am also arranging to have a photo shoot of myself! I do love myself and thank you for helping me see clearly.

Now coming to my BIG idea, in fact my two big ideas.

1. Barbie

I think it is high time we had a real-size doll to play with. Can we please petition toy manufacturers to have at least one real Barbie amongst the lot. I for one would surely buy one for myself, and a few more for all the little girls I know, so it would obviously be a profitable venture.

2. James Bond

Please, please can we have a beautiful full-figured girl in a James Bond movie.

I agree. I remember this idea coming out on the forum several times before, most recently in this post:

But I think Keely Shaye Smith, wife for the previous Bond, the suave Pierce Brosnan, embodies the shape of "Bond girls" in an ideal world. She is the kind of woman a James Bond would desire in real life. Here she is just the other day at the premiere of Mamma Mia in London:

Gorgeous dress too - an ultra-feminine empire-waist design; a perfect choice for a buxom figure. I love the delicate floral print.

There are couple more pictures of Keely in her stunning dress in this article from the Daily Mail:

OMG! And my favorite Bond!

Thank you for this picture. At least we know that a real-life Bond girl is a real woman.

Certainly a stunning choice of dress by Keely Shaye Smith, who continues to win adulation for not diminishing her luscious curves, and for attending media events dressed in the most feminine yet figure-accentuating gowns one could imagine.

What makes this such a perfect styling choice is that the dress is delicate, almost gossamer-like; an ethereal creation of the gentlest, prettiest girlishness; verily something out of the past, from a more beautiful age than our own. Even the way in which Keely wears it makes it lovely: the straps seem perpetually on the verge of slipping off her shoulders, promising to display even more of her figure.

Yet at the same time, the actress's figure is very robust. She has a hearty, well-fed look that plays off against the delicacy of the dress. This blend of impressions--the feminie fragility of the gown, and the womanly, carnal figure it adorns, makes for a fascinating impression.

The empire dress conceals some of the wearer's proportions, but a profile view suggests the general contours of her figure.

One can only hope that Keely's appearance in this dress will provide a cue to other full-figured women on how they can best adorn their opulent charms (blending delicacy and sensuality in feminine perfection), and will show them that they can be, and deserve to be, the centre of attention in any circumstance.

She's absolutely gorgeous. It's good to see that there's someone in Hollywood who's willing to marry a woman with natural beauty, and full, non-plastic parts!
