Speaking of promotions that have carried over from last year to this year, the most popular campaign of 2010 was undoubtedly Kelsey Olson's superlative work for Kohl's. I am still amazed by the image that started it all off, which vividly demonstrated just how much loveliness a gorgeous plus-size model can exude in a commercial image, turning a photograph into a masterpiece, a true celebration of timeless beauty.
![]() No wonder Kelsey is hailed as the most attractive model currently working in the industry. Well, Kohl's just released a fresh flyer yesterday, and it features a brand-new image of Kelsey looking absolutely stunning. Her princess-like golden hair, voluptuous contours, and serene expression transform this into a dazzling depiction of ideal femininity. I love how her tresses drape gently over her shoulders. I even like the top, which seems warm for winter, but not too thick, and body-conscious enough to flatter buxom curves. I hope that Kohl's will continue to feature the work of this living goddess, who is both gorgeous and authentically full-figured- as plus-size models ideally should be. The most gorgeous model in the industry, no doubt about it. She could be wearing anything and would still look like a princess.
Kelsey's pictures transport you to a different place and time, a world of romance and fairy-tales - and all this even when she's simply modelling casual contemporary wear. There's always a golden light around her, as if she were lit from within. Breathtaking. |

I am always enthralled by Kelsey's beauty, and yet I never feel alienated from her, no matter how gorgeous she is. She always seems relatable, even though she's surpassingly lovely. I think it's her soft, natural proportions that make her a model I feel I can connect with. I always feel that if I see something on her contoured figure, I might be able to pull it off too. She always project the sense that she loves how she looks, and you can't help but want to feel that way too.
That grey "babydoll sweater" looks so appealing on her, simple and comfortable, but given an attractively feminine shape thanks to her curves. I also very much like the other Kelsey image that appears at Kohl's -- another example of how her round facial features, flowing golden tresses, and sunlit smile make an outfit appealing that I would never have given a second glance if she hadn't been modelling it. http://www.kohls.com/kohlsStore/wom...nkle+Blouse.jsp |
