Sophie Sheppard for Mynt 1792
Mynt 1792 has the most stellar track record, in terms of casting, of any full-figured fashion label in existence.
It has produced exactly two campaigns, and to front them, it has featured the two curviest, most popular, and most gorgeous plus-size models in the industry.
Last season, it enlisted the services of the luscious Katherine Roll, and this season, the face (and figure) of the company is the only model who could possibly follow her lead, size 16/18 stunner Sophie Sheppard (38d-41-49).
Currently, Mynt is slowly updating its Web site with spring/summer images, but even now, Miss Sheppard's heavenly face and shapely figure confront the viewer upon visiting the home page. Sophie appears in an eye-catching citrus outfit, with vibrant yellow pants closely embracing her womanly curves, a feminine floral blouse daringly opened at the neckline to suggest her voluptuousness, and a thin belt gently pressing against her alluring 41" waist.
The rest of Mynt's spring/summer look book is yet to be unveiled; however, many captivating images of Sophie can be found throughout the Web site's catalogue pages.
These images promote Mynt's Cobble Hill Blazer, but the real fascination for aficionados of curvy beauty is seeing how adoringly the label's honey-gold jeans embrace the model's generous reverse-view curves.
Vibrant colours always look fantastic on shapely goddesses, so it's no surprise that Sophie makes Mynt's Chelsea Jacket look so good. Observe how womanly her 49" hips appear in the snugly fitting denim.
In this body-conscious outfit, defining her ample hinder curves, a curvaceous vixen such as Sophie looks just as alluring walking away as she does drawing near.
Mynt deserves abundant praise for offering multiple views of its items, front, back, and even full-length.
Drawing closer to Sophie in the above shot, we see an intensely seductive figure feature: the sensual swell of fullness at her lower middle, pulling the jeans tight at the waist. Womanly curves such as these are every bit as desirable as more conventionally popular buxom contours.
As ever, one of the most captivating aspects of Miss Sheppard's look is the magnificent length of her soft, golden hair. For this campaign, she wears her tresses long and straight, allowing them to drape over her shoulders in an eye-catching manner.
To the present stylish item, Mynt gives the fanciful name, Upper East Side Bomber Jacket.
In this case, Mynt offers two distinct full-length views of the model in the jacket. The shoes add a touch of wildness to an outfit that looks tailor-made for a safari adventure.
The model's second full-length pose is even more alluring, coyly displaying the luscious fullness of her thigh (for, as Justine Legault's Elle Quebec cover image demonstrated, visibly full-figured thighs are in this season, as the hottest fashion accessory that a goddess can possess).
Drawing closer, the viewer perceives another reason why Sophie appears to gorgeous in this item: it acknowledges the seductive fullness of her 41" waist.
Miss Sheppard's most dramatic image in the Mynt catalogue is certainly the following, in which her breathtakingly long, fair tresses, draped heavily over her shoulders, waft sensually in the wind. Her expression is rapaciously appetitive, an almost carnal look which her innately angelic qualities soften into a steamy gaze. Her pose exudes the richly deserved vanity of a true goddess, a Venus in black leather, Aphrodite in blue jeans.
A closer look highlights her fair complexion, mesmerizing blue eyes, and those pouty pink lips, parted as if to give her rapid breathing vent. Sophie's demeanour mingles a contemporary girl's self-assurance with the underlying sweetness of the fair-featured, soft-faced angel.
The item in question is called a Cobble Hill Blazer, wicked and dangerous, yet elegant as well--just like the model who wears it.
For the full length, Sophie sweetens her demeanour, showing her extraordinary versatility, transforming from a sinful seductress to a gentle, winsome beauty. Her tresses waft and curl in a delicate breeze, as if betokening the model's own relaxed, reassuring softness.
Mynt calls the next item a Harlem Moto Jacket; however, viewers will surely be just as interested in the attractively abbreviated skirt that Sophie wears to go with it.
From the double-breasted design to the epaulettes, the jacket has an unmistakably military look--and only a size-16/18 model could give such a style a scrumptiously feminine shape.
In keeping with a well-known fashion guideline, because the jacket covers up the model's arms, she can feel free to bare her legs, to give the outfit an extra element of visual attraction. Her pose suggests movement but without unattractive exertion, showing how a sophisticated young woman can exude fun and gracefulness at the same time.
One cannot resist coming in closer on this image, to trace every lovely strand of Sophie's golden tresses as they cascade, like a golden waterfall, over her shoulders and beneath the lapel of the jacket, as if enticing the viewer to uncover them. The model's expression is very present and engaging, yet avoids any undercurrent of aggressiveness.
Miss Sheppard also deftly displays a second manner in which to wear this item--unfastened and open, creating a more casual, easygoing impression. Observe how alluringly her golden hair sweeps over her apple cheek, as if caressing her angelic face.
Sophie strikes another eye-catching pose for the full-length image of this variation on wearing the moto jacket, an almost balletic stance that suggests effortless movement.
A closer view, however, is jaw-droppingly seductive, with the skirt conforming ever-so closely to Sophie's hips, embracing her opulent thighs, and defining a sensual swell of roundness at her middle. Observe the glint of mischief in the model's eyes, as if she knows how irresistible her sumptuous figure makes her, beaming with the self-satisfaction of a flirt whose conquest is complete.
By now, viewers will have distinguished a definite theme in the Mynt collection, a touch of safari, jungle, and animal elements, all suggesting wildness and daring. The wearer of these pieces thus communicates her own adventurousness, even when donning them in an urban setting. And no model could have conveyed these thrill-seeking qualities as convincingly as the exciting Sophie Sheppard, for every man's heart races when they gaze at her beauty.
Mynt actually has the audacity to call the print on this Soho Roll Cuff Blazer a "Cobra" pattern--a designation that only becomes comprehensible when Miss Sheppard's ssssinuous body shapes the jacket into a sssslinky, ssssoftly curvy form, creating a womanly outline thanks to the generous breadth of her luxurious, 49" hipssss.
Those decadent hips also shape her jeans into alluringly womanly proportions--and if the sight of her pear-shaped beauty isn't irresistible enough, Sophie turns up the heat ever further by oh-so-coyly playing with her tresses.
Indiana Jones has nothing on our Australian adventuress. This jacket's fabric has a wonderful vintage quality, but the design adds femininity by plunging open so deeply at the neckline.
A closer view of the image shows one of the loveliest headshots of the entire campaign. Sophie's facial features appear soft and rounded, her smile warm, her eyes gently blue yet lively. She beams with pleasure and self-satisfaction, utterly gorgeous.
This item is called a
If we proceed straight to the close-up on the full-length image, we see an especially delightful, coquettish detail: one stray tress of Sophie's lustrous blonde hair finding its way into her decolletage, leading the viewer's eye toward the model's voluptuous riches.
Demonstrating again her extraordinary modelling range, Sophie switches from casual flirt to full-on sophisticate in the next image, with her imperious mien softened only by her fair features and doll-like face.
The reverse-view image, presenting the model's hinder curves, confirms an important fashion point; plus-size goddesses look far better in lighter denim than darker hues. Those who remember the 1980s will recall how good curvy girls looked in form-fitting acid-wash jeans, but any light shade is effective at showing off the figure.
The item on display is termed a Brooklyn Bomber Jacket--and by now, everyone will surely have noted the New York theme that pervades the naming regimen of Mynt's new line.
The final piece released thus far in the Mynt collection is a Chambray Cargo Shirt--an item that closely resembles attire that Sophie herself has worn in past test shoots.
A closer view highlights an especially size-positive detail in the image: a sensual swell of fullness at the model's waist, just above the thin belt. (And kudos to Mynt's stylists for this detail: for thinner belts always look better on curvy girls than the too-wide, waist-constricting variety.) Sophie's tresses feather outwards like a flower in golden bloom.
One final view from the rear:
And a full-length:
Bravo to Mynt 1792 for making such an outstanding choice in selecting the gorgeous Sophie Sheppard to headline the label's newest campaign. Between Sophie and Katherine Roll, Mynt has been represented by the two most exciting models in the industry. The new line of Mynt attire is attractive and unique, allowing wearers to inject an element of adventure into their casual wardrobe, yet offering a dash of sophistication as well (especially as provided by the elegant Miss Sheppard).

Re: Sophie Sheppard for Mynt 1792
Sophie's catalogue images are more captivating than even the glossiest editorials in fashion magazines from other, lesser models.
I've seen Sophie in a number of other promotional images from Mynt, including this banner on the label's web site:
And also this graphic, which I discovered on Twitter:
I look forward to a full-fledged summer lookbook from Mynt 1792, which I'm sure will show Sophie looking amazing in the company's great casual wear.

Re: Sophie Sheppard for Mynt 1792
(Sorry for my poor English. I am new here.)
She looks great. I have never seen such a curvy and lovely model.
I don't like these everyday starving models. They are not normal. Look out of the window and what you see in real life is so different from this artificial world of models.
I wonder why woman don't boycott one company as an example for all others. Frankly, the advertising departments are full of idiots. They don't realise that their models can't even compare to girls in real life.

Re: Sophie Sheppard for Mynt 1792
As if to provide a taste of what is yet to come in the label's summer campaign, Mynt has also released some behind-the-scenes images of its spectacular photo shoot with Sophie Sheppard.
Generally, campaigns set in idyllic natural locations are preferable to those that have an urban quality, but Miss Sheppard looks so lovely in these photos that one cannot help but be entranced.
The first picture finds her amid a re-creation of a New York alley scene. What makes this image stupendously size positive is that, for once, Sophie's gorgeous, 41" waist is on full display. Her top fits closely enough around her middle to define an alluring swell of roundness. The daringly red pants are snug around her legs, indicating luscious thighs. The model's stance is commanding without being overly aggressive. Notice how the colourful set accessories echo the scarlet hue of Sophie's attire, while the misty lighting gives the composition a moody atmosphere. She looks dangerously beautiful, her innately angelic fairness decked out in sinful accoutrements.
Someday, some visionary client will shoot Miss Sheppard in bare-midriff attire, and the result will be the most size-celebratory image in fashion history.
But lo and behold, a second image of Sophie in those fire-engine-red pants is just as boldly pro-curvy, as it shows off her generous reverse-view contours. The pictures on the monitor screen are, alas, too small to make out, but based on these two making-of photos, the results of this shoot are sure to be incredible.
The next picture finds Sophie in a memento mori black T-shirt emblazoned with skulls. On any other model, such attire would be too unpleasantly "edgy," but Miss Sheppard's fair features soften the effect (even with her bold cosmetics), creating a fascinating undercurrent of gracefulness playing off the urban ensemble.
Again, notice the clever use of the tires as colour-coordinated props. Even in a photo shoot that is meant to recall a New York cityscape, aesthetically pleasing elements such as this enhance the overall effect.
Pretty as these behind-the-scenes photographs certainly are, the image on the monitor screen indicates that when the professional pictures are finally released, the results will wow all aficionados of plus-size beauty.
In this one instance, however, fans have already viewed the final result of the picture-taking session on display, which shows Sophie modelling Mynt's Chelsea Jacket, as seen in the post above.
In addition to the behind-the-scenes photos from the making of Mynt's latest campaign, the label has also released a number of pictures showing Miss Sheppard being made up, prior to the shoot.
Ever the model, observe that Sophie appears aristocratic and composed even in the cosmetics-artists's chair. Her celebrated blonde tresses flow over her shoulder in a thick, weighty ponytail as she instinctive pouts her pretty lips. And notice the soft swell of fullness at her middle, as indicated by her top.
With regal aloofness, Sophie glances to the side to see her fellow model's preparations, as her fair tresses sweep over her head in a dramatic mass of gold.
Observe how the cosmetics artist pays exacting attention to every possible detail of Sophie's makeup, knowing that she is beautifying one of the most gorgeous women in the world.
And now . . . the masterpiece, showing Miss Sheppard's look being refined, just as a queen of the realm might be attended by her enslaved handmaidens. The model looks intensely seductive, with dramatic eyeshadow, bewitchingly battable dark lashes, and a juicy lip colour. Her complexion is so fair that her skin seems lit from within. But for all that the Fates made her an angel, Sophie can also smoulder with dangerous allure, as she does in this image.
Sophie's range as a model is remarkable, capable as she is of being softly beautiful for her commercial shoots, then dramatically alluring in more editorial work. These behind-the-scenes photographs from Mynt promise unimaginable visual excitement to come when the company's latest campaign is finally unveiled.
