Default Charlotte Coyle: Miss Maatje Meer

As mentioned in a recent post, Charlotte Coyle's show will be broadcast on Channel One in Belgium this week, on Thursday August 31st, at 21:15 (9:15 P.M.).

I found an article about the program at what I am guessing is the official Channel One Web site:

http://www.een.be/televisie1_master...063/index.shtml

The text is probably either Flemish or Dutch. Here's another page about Miss Maatje Meer, as the show is called in Belgium:

http://www.een.be/televisie1_master...eek/index.shtml

It's a thrill to see Charlotte receiving international attention, and to know that her program is being broadcast around the world. As someone stated earlier, where better than in Belgium, the home of Rubens himself, that great painter of precisely the kind of timeless beauty that Charlotte brings to life?

Here's a treat for Charlotte Coyle fans. The Belgian Channel One Web site now has a 30-second trailer for their broadcast of Charlotte's program- in Flemish!

The scenes are all from the complete video, and I don't think it includes any new footage. But still, I love it, because it emphasizes the fact that Charlotte is now an international star, who is taking timeless beauty around the world.

Here's the link to the page with the video trailer:

The clip began and ended with two phrases that caught my attention: "een andere kijk af schoonheid/another look at beauty" implying that people can re-examine their perceptions of beauty with Charlotte's show and "dik is mooi" which translates to "big is beautiful."
