It's actually pretty ironic that you posted this article today, as just earlier today I was speaking with a girl who happens to come from the southern part of the United States, and she was relating to me how she has actually been trying to gain weight, as well. Her comment was that in the region she is from, it is common for slender girls to try to gain some weight because the men feel they are more desirable that way. This was a very positive sign to me, and I just wanted to share it with everybody else.
