I haven't bought this DVD collection yet, but I remember the episode you have in mind from when I first saw it on TV. It was pretty emotional. Degrassi brings back so many memories of high school for me- both good and bad. And Christina's parts were often very intense, but she was always completely convincing.
Christina's beautiful face always remind me of Shannon Marie's. I'm really encouraged by the idea that an entire generation of youth is growing up with her lovely features being their image of "what a plus-size girl looks like."
