I mean to say that I agree- plus-size models really do look better in timeless settings, because they (the models) always seem more cosmopolitan to me, even exotic. It feels wrong somehow to just put them in a shabby street. A European location, or the French Riviera, seems more like their natural environment. That pic of the Paris opera interior really makes the point. The architecture is, well, curvaceous (if you can call a building curvaceous). It's all about roundness instead of sharp edges, and a lavish, guilt-free kind of beauty. |
