The images are simply spectacular. As so many fans have noted before, Ms. Lefkowitz's work is always compelling--not only because of the model's beauty, but also because of the range of emotion that she exhibits. Valerie always creates something new, something fresh and original and dynamic. And we must credit Fashion Bug for giving her the opportunity to experiment with the kind of expressions and poses that models are seldom allowed to present in commercial work.

In addition to remaining the most popular model on this site, Valerie consistently inspires more "public participation" than any other plus-size goddess.

Visitors often accompany their survey votes for Valerie with short but heartfelt comments in praise of her talent. But perhaps the most elaborate "contribution" that any fan has yet made concerning this model arrived in our inbox just the other day.

A Canadian fan (who asked not to be identified) sent us a scan of a snapshot that he took of one of the fabled Encore in-store posters that never appear online--or anywhere else, except in the Reitmans stores.

This is unmistakably an image from Reitmans' Summer 2003 campaign, featuring the "dream casting" of Valerie on the left, and Barbara on the right. Our contributor apologizes profusely for the low quality of both his photo and the scan ("I don't know what I'm doing," he laments), but tells us that he felt compelled to take a picture of the poster because of its eye-catching beauty.

And despite the quality of the photo, the poster image certainly qualifies as one of the most beautiful headshots of Valerie we have ever seen. It reveals the exquisite roundness of her facial features, and shows her sporting the thick, luxuriant tresses that she has worn in many of her finest images--including the famous FOTL "Fit for Me" and Figure magazine's "Passion" picture series.

So, on behalf of Valerie's innumerable fans, heartfelt thanks go to our mystery contributor for capturing this gorgeous image on film--and for sharing it with all of us.
