I have always looked up to Christina. I wish there were more actresses like her. I still think the episode where she stood up to a school bully who was making hurtful remarks was one of the most inspiring things I've ever seen.

I was going to write Degrassi a letter thanking them for having such a positive character. and asking them to bring her back. And I found this statement at the website of the show

"One of the foundations of all Degrassi shows has been to depict a realistic view of teenage life that resonates with the real-life experiences of our audience."

But how can this show or any show call itself realistic if every girl looks as skinny as a Cosmo model? I think Terri was the MOST realistic character ever on tv and her "real-life experiences" on the show were often a lot like mine. Without her, the show IS an "alternate universe".
