I adore Penningtons for using fuller-figured models, especially the image you posted. And nothing against the Penningtons styles, but I would love to see Cathy do a really glamorous test.
All day, I've been wondering where I've seen a pretty dress resembling the one in Valerie's cover, and I just remembered- it's similar to the dress Raven designed, as shown in the "Raven vs. Emacia" post, except with a yellow tone instead of green. It's very becoming, and the yellow sash is a great touch.
