I love, love, LOVE that photo of Valerie. It looks English, like something out of a romantic comedy by the Brits, like Notting Hill or Four Weddings and a Funeral.
Valerie has the face of an angel and a figure that's devilishly curvy. The outfit is only so-so, but she gives it a "wow" factor - and I think that's another reason why she's so popular. A lot of models look good in sexy, feminine fashions, but Valerie makes even the basics look exciting.
