The only resolution that really helps is resolving NEVER to let diet companies trick you into hating yourself or torturing yourself about your natural size. "Live more fully" - its a great message, and pure Mode thinking. Its actually better than the mixed messages that any magazines put out right now - even (sadly) Figure.
I am still waiting to see magazines, companies, movies, etc. consistently deliver a positive message like this.
