I remember reading about the destruction of Dresden in a Kurt Vonnegut novel in high school. It was such a sad story.

I think it's really important that the church wasn't rebuilt until there was a change "at the top" so to speak. That's probably how it will be with magazines and the media. Things won't really be much different until there are editors and publishers with size positive values. But this post reminded me that times and people CAN change for the better.
